Rental Policy

At ALL Events Party and Wedding Rentals we want to ensure that all of our customers receive the same level of excellence that we hold ourselves to.  In order to be able to provide that service, we require our customers to follow policies that keep our operation running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. 

 

We know you expect things to go perfect for your event, and we ask that you understand that the customers before and after you are also expecting the same.  It is imperative in our industry that we ensure our policies are followed as they were created with these expectations in mind and the logistics of ensuring those standards are met, each and every time.  ​

RESERVING RENTALS

There is no set time frame as to when you should reserve your items, however please note that we work with customers planning anywhere from a year in advance to a month in advance.  Our ability to accommodate your order is based on the specific items and quantities you are requesting on a specific date.  If those items are already reserved for other customers we are unable to fulfill your request.  We encourage our customers to select and reserve items 6-8 months in advance of their event to ensure availability.  We do allow changes and final head counts to be made up to 21 days prior to your event.  Please note that we do our best to try and accommodate last minute orders, however our priority is to our customers that have spent many months planning their events and we focus our attention on their needs and expectations.  We limit any orders placed less than 14 days in advance of the event date.
 

PRICING

All rates are quoted based on a one-day event.  Please call us for a customized quote for longer term rentals. Prices are guaranteed once you’ve signed a rental contract. However, prices quoted by phone or via our website are subject to change.  Quotes are valid for 48 hours.  Pricing is subject to the details provided at the time of the quote.  If location, dates, delivery parameters, event specifics, etc. change after the initial quote, pricing is subject to change to reflect those changes.  
 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards for your required initial payment when making a reservation. We do charge a 3% surcharge to the portion being paid by a card.  You do have the option to pay with your bank account without any fees.  Your final totals are required 21 days in advance of your event date.  Your account will be updated and your final balance will be sent for payment at that time.  All orders must be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery.
 

DAMAGE WAIVER

A Damage Waiver is required on all rental equipment at an additional cost. The damage waiver relieves customers of liability for accidental damage to the rented item(s).  The damage waiver does not cover loss due to theft, burglary, misuse or abuse, neglect or any other loss due to failure to care for the rental item(s) while under contract.  It is non-refundable.  Items not covered by the damage waiver will be billed at the full replacement cost of that specific item(s). 

RETURNING RENTALS

We are a rental company offering the use of items so you can enjoy your event and let someone else do the work for you.  We provide you with ready to use items for your convenience.  Upon use of those items we ask that you follow the specific instructions for return depending on the items you have rented.  In general we ask that dishes are rinsed clean of food and placed back into the containers provided.  We ask that all linens be shaken free of food and debris to prevent damage from mold and mildew, and then placed in the laundry bags provided to you.  Overall, the expectation for return is to have the items returned in the same manner they were delivered.  For specific questions about items, please contact us.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the great care we take to ensure that all items are available, cleaned and prepared for each customer’s use, we do not allow changes less than 21 days in advance of your event date.  Please note we do not allow any changes to any special orders items once they are added to a contract.  Tent rentals have additional cancellation policies. Our customer service team will be happy to review all of our policies with you.

DELIVERY

Our experienced delivery team takes great care with each delivery. When your order is placed, we will review the details of your delivery, as well as set up and take-down procedures so you will know what to expect before and after your event.  Please remember that items rented from ALL Events Party and Wedding Rentals are your responsibility from delivery through pick up. Extra services, including, but not limited to chair and table set-up and take-down, and delivery or pick-up at specified times, are available for an additional fee.  We do require seasonally adjusted minimum rental requirements for delivery service options.  For orders that do not meet the minimum criteria, we do offer a self-service pick up and drop off option from our warehouse.

SELF-SERVICE PICK UP

We offer a self-service pick up and return for most items.  Due to the delicate nature and assembly involved with some of our items, we may rent them as a delivery item only.  We do require most of our inventory to be picked up and dropped off in a enclosed vehicle only.  In order to protect our items from being damaged by weather, flying debris, or even theft from unattended vehicles we allow the following acceptable enclosed vehicles: cargo van or passenger van, rental truck with an overhead door, SUV, or enclosed trailer.  All items must be properly secured during transport.  The damage waiver does not cover items not properly secured or transported.  Full replacement costs of all damaged items resulting from not properly securing and transporting will incur.

MISSING ITEMS 

All rental items are counted prior to your event and upon return. Should an item not be returned at the end of the rental period, we will reach out to notify you as soon as we are made aware.  You will be charged the replacement cost of the item(s) if they are not located an returned within 48 hours.  

MINIMUM QUANTITIES

Some of our rental items (flatware, glassware, china and napkins) are available in certain quantities rather than by the piece. These quantities range by product and are listed under each item in our online product catalog.
