The Process
At ALL Events Party and Wedding Rentals we always want your experience to be as amazing as possible. We have created a site filled with products for you to conveniently shop around the clock.
VIEWING PRODCUTS
We know the importance of touching and feeling products in person. We offer personalized, in-person consultations for our customers and vendors to see and touch our products.
PLACING ORDERS
We begin the quote building process by adding products to your online Wish List. Once we have all the items you are interested in renting, as well as your date and location specifics, we will create a personalized quote for you electronically.
RESERVING QUOTES
Most of the clients we work with are planning their rental items 6-8 months in advance of their event date. Once a formal quote is sent to you, a 50% down payment is made to hold those items for your specific date.
FINAL COUNTS
Due to the nature of the event industry, we know you won't be able to get final counts and floorplans until the final days of the planning process. We require final updates and changes to be made no less than 21 days in advance of your order delivery date.
DELIVERY
Depending on your location, we offer local delivery. Your delivery specifics will be discussed at the time of the quote process to ensure all needs are met.
